Shipping policy

We ship internationally

For Mexico, orders are delivered directly to your address, with or without a required signature. The shipping cost is fixed at 99 MXN and will be displayed at the end of the checkout process.

For Spain, shipping has a fixed cost of 5.99 EUR, which will also be shown on the final checkout page.
For the United States and Canada, shipping has a fixed cost of 6.99 USD.

We ask for your patience in receiving your special pieces (15 business days) as all our jewelry is personalized and handmade in Morocco.

Arabika Jewelry is not responsible for any loss that may result from leaving or forgetting your package at the chosen drop-off address. If you prefer your order to be shipped with a signature required, please contact us using the "Contact" form on our website www.arabikajewelry.com

Returns

We are willing to accept timely returns on new and unused products within 7 days of the date you received your order.

Returns can be made by exchanging products for the same model and the same value, without cash refund.

Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any signed boxes and other packaging materials.

In the case of ring sizes, there are no exchanges or returns.

No returns will be accepted for any product that has been damaged, does not include packaging materials, or whose packaging materials have been altered; if any of these cases apply, the product will be returned to you.

Product exchanges will be handled or processed once the items are returned for inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged products

Products received with any defects or damaged due to a manufacturing flaw within 20 days of purchase will be considered damaged. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered damaged. Arabia Jewelry will determine on a case-by-case basis whether the damage is due to wear and tear or another cause.

Damaged products will be replaced or repaired, whenever possible and subject to availability . If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you have the right to choose another product from our current stock that is equivalent in value to the original purchase price; if the new product is of higher value, you will pay the difference.

The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
